Lindsey Sadler, MBA, MA Secretary
Lindsey J. Sadler is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in ambulatory operations and academic medical center administration. She joined Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) in 2012 and has held key leadership roles across the departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neurosurgery, and Radiation Oncology.
Most recently, Lindsey served as the executive director of the BWH Department of Neurosurgery, where she oversaw all administrative functions, including ambulatory specialty clinics, inpatient services, community and satellite practices, and surgical services. She played a central role in expanding patient access and extending neurosurgical services to both Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital (BWFH) and South Shore Health.
Beginning February 1, 2025, Lindsey assumed the role of vice president of Ambulatory Operations for the Academic Medical Centers. In this position, she led AMC ambulatory regional facility management, oversaw multi-specialty clinic operations, managed ambulatory infrastructure and performance, and ensured regulatory readiness across the ambulatory enterprise. She also collaborated closely with senior leaders across Mass General Brigham to advance coordinated operations and systemwide transformation.
Lindsey holds both an MBA and an MA and is known for her collaborative approach, strong strategic insight, and commitment to elevating patient care across the ambulatory footprint.
